My goal as your project manager is to manage the trades, coordinate all aspects of a project, and ensure that it is completed smoothly and efficiently with minimal downtime. 

When a home goes on the market, the goal is create broad, mass appeal to find that one perfect buyer and command top dollar. We will stage the home to enhance its attractiveness to potential buyers and make it look "move-in ready."

This involves advising clients on ways to design and build energy-efficient homes, including the use of sustainable materials and renewable energy sources.
